SMJH YACA Receive Numerous Awards at State YACA Co R. Moody, J. LaSalle, C.Williams, B. Cormier, K. Mouton, K. Anderson, T. Hebert, A. Evans, represented St. Martinville Junior High at the Y.A.C.A. State Convention in Shreveport.Twenty Seven awards were given. Of those awards SMJH received seventeen.
Tiffany Dore named Breaux Bridge Crawfish Queen Tiffany Dore' was recently selected among a group of local girls to represent Breaux Bridge and the Crawfish Festival as the 2009 Crawfish Queen. She is the 18 year old daughter of Dean and Marlene Dore' and she has one younger brother named Treg. She was a honor graduate of Breaux Bridge High School in 2008, where she was a member of the BETA Club. Tiffany is currently attending ULL and majoring in Dietetics. She is the first female to hold the three Crawfish Festival titles, as Lil' Miss Pincher in 1995, Jr. Crawfish Queen in 2001 and now holding the title of Crawfish Queen in 2009. She has been employed at the St. Martin Parish Instructional Center for 2 years, where she works in the Accounting Department.
